March Musings: Reflection, Creation & Transformation

March was a month of stepping back, embracing stillness, and rediscovering joy. I took a much-needed social media break and found comfort in sewing, making napkins and pattern weights as my first projects. I also organized my personal collection of every pin I’ve ever made—a nostalgic reminder of my journey. I reconnected with the moon, using tarot for guidance and taking in its beauty. One evening, I was lucky enough to witness a breathtaking sunset with the moon and a glowing planet—pure magic. I also spent time outside my usual world, visiting the Shedd Aquarium with my fiancé and seeing the new live-action Snow White.

Most importantly, I found clarity—not just for my businesses, but for life. I’ve learned to put my phone down, live in the moment, and embrace my own path instead of following expectations. I finally feel refreshed, and I’m so excited for what’s to come—my businesses, my sewing journey, and life in general. I can’t wait to share more with you all!

Though the evening was filled with delicate grace and poised elegance, Merida moved through it as she always had—fearlessly, unapologetically, and with a spark of mischief in her piercing blue eyes.

Inside the grand hall, chandeliers flickered like the embers of a dying fire, casting a golden glow over the guests. Merida took it all in, arching a brow at the sheer grandeur of it.
