PROCESSING TIMES
-Keep in mind that I do have a chronic illness/disability that limits my physical energy so it usually takes me anywhere between 3-10 business days to pack orders depending on how many orders I have. If you don't receive your tracking info after 10 business days, feel free to reach out to me for an update.

UK & EU SHIPPING
-Because of the VAT laws, I can't ship to these countries from my online store. If you live in one of the areas that use VAT, please make your purchase on my Etsy shop, since they automatically handle VAT fees and I can't do it on my own. If you see something on my shop that isn’t on my Etsy shop, please reach out to me and I will make a custom Etsy listing for you! I apologize for the inconvenience, and I really appreciate your understanding.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
(All orders are shipped from the United States using USPS via pirateship.com)
-United States: 1-2 weeks
-Canada: 2-3 weeks
-Everywhere Else: 3-8 weeks
-Sticker-only orders will be shipped using untracked shipping labels in order to reduce shipping costs, but there is an option to upgrade to tracked shipping if you want it.
-Once your order has been handed over to the postal carriers, I'm not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged packages. But if you have questions about your order, you can always contact me and I can try to help.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
-Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
-I will NOT accept returns or exchanges for any in-hand pins or any other shop items. The only thing that is eligible for an exchange/return are Presale Pins that look damaged upon arrival to your house. If you have a concern with your order, please contact me via my store chat or Contact Me page right away. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after purchase with a legitimate reason for the cancellation.(If you want to cancel your order just because you "changed your mind" or "don't want the item anymore" I will reject your cancellation request) I don't accept cancellations after your order has shipped.
PRESALE PIN EXCHANGE/RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Contact me with your order number, and tell me which Presale Pin/Pins you want to exchange or return, via my shop chat, or submit a form using the Contact Me page on this site. Please also leave a note explaining what the damage is on the pin/pins and include any photographic proof if you're able to.
2. Once you have received a reply from me saying that your pin is eligible for an exchange, please package your pin/pins very protectively. You do not have to use the original shipping packaging, but if the pin/pins came in any branded packaging it must be included and still be in original condition. I will send you my shipping info for you to purchase and print out a shipping label as well.
3. Once you ship out the package to me, please provide me with the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable.
4. Once I have received your package I will let you know that I received it, and I will package and send out your new pin/pins as quickly as I can. Tracking info will be sent to you for your new package so that you can keep track of it's shipment progress.
-If you are returning a presale pin then you can disregard this last step, and I will just process your refund once I confirm with you that I have received your pin/pins in perfect condition.You will only be refunded for the cost of your returned pin/pins. I do not refund shipping charges or other fees.
